What is the Media Roundtable event?
This annual event provides the unique opportunity for healthcare communication professionals to connect with media representatives and get the inside scoop on topics like the impact of digital and social media on reporting and techniques to successfully pitch a story.
This year, representatives from outlets like 9News, Channel 7, 5280 Magazine, and many others will be joining us.
The event is broken into two parts:
Breakfast and networking
Start with morning with breakfast- it’s a great time to mingle with other CHC members and professionals.
After breakfast, break into small groups for timed round table intervals. This will give you the chance to connect directly with media representatives and gain valuable insight on best practices for pitching your stories, how to avoid reporters’ pet peeves, local healthcare trends, and stories of great interest.
Be sure to register by Sunday, May 20 for the early bird rate! Registration admission fees increase on May 20 after 5 p.m.
